About us

KOHA - KOH Architects Ltd

KOHA [KOH Architects Ltd] is an emerging creative architecture and design practice, based in West London.

Founded in 2016 (incorporated in 2020) we specialise in residential properties from new built residences, renovation projects, refurbishments, extensions to period properties to interior designs. We like to take a holistic approach in our designs incorporating architecture, interior design and landscape design, by treating the outdoors as an extension of our living spaces, we aim to create one coherent design language.

Our designs are timeless, sleek and innovative in our approach - we love experimenting with long-lasting quality and emerging materials. It is our aim to create beautiful spaces, which are also practical homes for our clients to enjoy for many years to come, making each project highly bespoke by designing with our clients’ specific needs and preferences in mind.

KOH Architects work with a highly professional team ranging from creative designers, technicians, interior designers, structural engineers, MEP engineers, landscape architects, lighting designers, quantity surveyors, project and development managers, renewable energy consultants, etc.

A passion of KOHA is to include renewable energy and sustainability into our design to create better homes for the future.

We are also very passionate about landscape design, it is our ambition to extend our architectural design into the outdoors, blending and blurring the boundaries of indoor and outdoor living. With the climate changing this will become more and more important as our gardens will become a much used extension of our living spaces.

Our most recent projects include high end private residences in West and central London, but we work worldwide.

If you have a project, you would like to discus with us, regardless of size or location, please feel free to contact us by email or give us a call. We are always happy to see how we can work together.

KOH Architects is ARB registered and a RIBA Chartered Practice.
